Field Trip Program
K-12STEM-aligned curriculum that brings astronomy standards to life. Each visit includes a planetarium show, guided telescope observation, and hands-on activities tailored to grade level.

Summer Space Camp
Ages 8-14Week-long immersive camps where young astronomers build telescopes, learn astrophotography, map constellations, and conduct real observational projects under dark Flagstaff skies.

Teen Astronomy Fellowship
Ages 14-18A selective program for serious young astronomers. Fellows assist with public programs, learn to operate the 24-inch telescope, and complete an independent research project.

- 10 spots per year
Educator Workshops
TeachersProfessional development for teachers wanting to bring more astronomy into their classrooms. Earn continuing education credits while learning observation techniques and curriculum integration.

By the Numbers
We bring our 4th graders every year. The planetarium show alone is worth the trip, but the hands-on telescope time is what really sparks their curiosity. Several of my former students have gone on to pursue science degrees, and they all point to Noctua as the moment it clicked.
